Meet Luca & Michelle Ianiro

Luca and Michelle Ianiro are the husband and wife team that owns and operates Nonna’s Place.

Michelle is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and registered nurse with years of experience from nationally recognized healthcare institutions across the United States. Throughout her nursing career, she has cared for individuals with complex medical and mental health needs, always believing that compassionate relationships are just as important as excellent clinical care. As the Director of Nursing, Michelle oversees all resident care, trains and supports our caregivers, and ensures every resident receives safe, individualized, and dignified care.

Luca spent his career in corporate America and while successful professionally, he realized his greatest fulfillment comes from serving others and creating meaningful relationships. At Nonna's Place, you'll often find him preparing home-cooked meals in the kitchen, helping residents with whatever they need, maintaining the home and grounds, or simply sitting down for a conversation over a cup of coffee.

Together, we've created the kind of place we would want for our own parents and grandparents—a warm, beautiful home where residents are treated with kindness, respect, and genuine affection every single day.
