Every resident at Nonna's Place enjoys a private bedroom, home-cooked chef-inspired meals, comprehensive assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication management, housekeeping, laundry, engaging daily activities, and compassionate 24/7 care. Our pricing reflects the level of personalized support each resident requires, allowing us to provide truly individualized care. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for personal care services.
Foundational Care
$6,600 per month
For residents who maintain a degree of independence but benefit from 24-hour support.
Best suited for residents who may need:
Assistance with some daily activities
Occasional reminders or cueing
Assistance with mobility as needed
Enhanced Care
$7,200 per month
For residents who require more frequent hands-on assistance, supervision, or cognitive support throughout the day.
Best suited for residents who may need:
Assistance with most or all daily activities
Frequent toileting or incontinence assistance
Increased assistance with mobility or transfers
Frequent reminders, redirection, or cueing
Increased supervision due to cognitive changes
